Reservations for the new winter season will be accepted from October 1.
Due to the rush of inquiries during the first 2weeks of accepting applications, we will use the reservation method of selecting applicants rather than on a first-come first-served basis.
Please note that during New Year's holidays, Weekends with National holiday, and high season dates, we are almost fully booked with regular guests.
(So, it may be difficult to make new reservations. *We will not accept applications for dates that are certain to be fully booked.)

During this period, we will collect applications and coordinate room assignments, and will reply at a later date whether or not you are able to stay.
Reservations are not confirmed in timely as they are not on a first-come first-served basis. Also, you may not be selected.
We will not be able to answer you about the criteria for selection.
* After the period, we will return to the normal reservation process, so we ask for your understanding.
- Special note
- In principle, advance reservations will be accepted for consecutive nights (2 nights or more).
Reservations for single night stay (one night only) will be released two weeks prior on the date of your stay.
Reservation changes to single night stay will be cancelled (for fraud prevention).
- We cannot accept waiting lists for cancellations.
- We may decline the following requests at our discretion.
- If the guest's identity or contact information is unclear.
- When there is no contact for more than 3 days or you takes several days to make a decision.
- If you will keep multiple rooms even though your itinerary is vague.
- When there is a concern of trouble, etc.
