Pottery Studio Moon and Sheep
[Toukoubou Tsuki To Hitsuji]

A pottery artist, Ikuo Murakoshi's studio in Aoto, Katsushika-ku, Tokyo.
We aim to be a place where we can share space and create pottery from beginners to advanced people aiming for public exhibitions.
We have two large and small kilns, and many types of glazes and other eqipments, and support each creative activities.
We are available in English and Cantonese.

You can join our class as a regular studio member.
And also we accept those who would like to take lessons for a short period such as a few week or a few month.

For beginners, we have a curriculum to learn the basic techniques.
For experienced person, you can create what you want. We will assist with teaching you new techniques. Electric wheel can also be used free of charge.
Our studio can arrange the contents according to the length of stay.

Tuition fee / Regular studio member(Resident in Japan)

Entrance fee 5,000 yen
Baking cost Calculate in cubic
(Example: 10 x 10 x 10cm = 800 yen)
Tool cost 5,500 yen
Only those who need it. / You can prepare it yourself.
Exhibition fee (once a year)8,000 yen
We have an exhibition of works once a year.
Twice a month
(Every other week)
7,500 yen Each additional 3,000 yen
4 times a months 12,000 yen Each additional 2,500 yen
6 times a month 15,500 yen Each additional 2,000 yen
8 times a month 18,500 yen Each additional 2,000 yen
・When absent, it is possible to transfer to another day within the same month (only January can be transferred to February)

Tuition fee / Short-term member(Resident outside Japan)

A short-term class is for who living abroad. If you live in Japan and wish to take a short-term class, the maximum period is 6 months. Then please switch to a regular studio member.

Up to 6 times a month 3,520 yen for one lesson
7 or more times a month 3,300 yen for one lesson
