I have been researching general management theories with real options, dealing with the uncertain economic and managerial situation around the world. So the topic covers expectations, future values, global businesses, and developing new real option frameworks, applications and markets. I want to utilize real options to solve all the uncertain, managerial problems.
I have a dream that one day people in the world can no longer lose money in the financial market and other business trasactions, because they can be insured by real options. I have another dream of realizing the more stable economy without inflation and bubbles, which may demolish the whole economy.
A real option is a solution for the dynamic problems in management and human lives. Management theories have been missing the appropriate solution for the economic and managerial uncertainties. Recent developments of real option theories are not always viable for such uncertain problems. They analyze various dynamic risks and end in showing just the way of manegerial thinking. Real options should not just be decision-making tools but must be actual problem-solving devices.
My research and study rationale is to come closer to these dreams as possible.
I want to create a new real option framework, which may be different from present real option theories. Real options, I believe, can be effective to solve most of the dynamic problems in the real world and will be ubiquitous around the world.

Bird Flu:
is spreading around the world, particularly, in southern and eastern Asia including China,
Korea, Taiwan and Japan.
Chinese Economy:
has been expanding day by day after hiring capitalism as a part of its economic systems . It is expecting to grow till the Olympic Games and Shanghai EXPO are to be held in 2008 and 2010 respectively.
Downsizing Stream:
must continue because everything is still too expensive in this world.
Innumerable poor people around the world
cannot afford clothes, houses and even foods.
God created us equal,
