Executive Summary of My Capstone Paper: My Ph. D.

All our societies have been created by human brains. So my Ph. D. has been created by my brain. The essence of the Ph. D. is to develop human brains to create new values through thinking. The Ph. D. has to develop optimal solutions for all problems of our societies through thinking. He/she may find cues to solve some problems, establish methodologies to build new theories and create wisdom through experiences. Our human societies are full of complex problems, loopholes and black holes, which could not easily solved by ordinary human wisdom. Yet the Ph. D. has to fight off all such monsters step-by-step. All schools around the world have the duty not just to give certain knowledge to students but to develop their brains to solve varieties of human problems depending on their development stages. The Ph. D. has to reach the top of the problem-solvers of our societies. My duty as a Ph. D. is to solve complex corporate problems to contribute to human happiness. At least as a Ph. D., I have to create certain new knowledge, wisdom and solutions for corporate problems.
