We have 1 twin bedroom(for 1-2 guests) and 1 single bedroom(for 1 guest) in a main house,
which is for only 1 group guests(1-3guests).
Besides you can enjoy staying at our cottage(for 1-3 guests).
and our cabin(for 1-2 guests).

We are located by Tokachi Farm of Ministry of Agriculture,
Forestry and Fisheries.
You will enjoy the countryside of Hokkaido
and a mix of Japanese and Western style furnishing.

Our cottage and cabin has each kitchen, Japanese style bathroom, wash-machine with dryer,
TV, and an audio etc.
In these kitchens, there are some seasoning, coffee and tea etc.

All rooms are non-smoking!!.
Please refrain from smoking while walking.
Smoking is only permitted on our cottage outside deck for guest in our cottage.
All guests can't bringtabacco　and butts
in our cottage and all other buildings.

★Easy Living Terrace is Bed &　Breakfast style.
But our rate is without breakfast.
Please request us, if you need our breakfast.
Our breakfast will be served at 7:30,8:00,8:30,9:00.

Collecting your trash is performed.
Please change the bed linen by yourself if you need.
But, you'll be able to enjoy our free breakfast once every two days!

Directions to Easy Living Terrace

It takes about 30 minutes from Obihiro Railroad Station to our B&B.
Take R-236 north and R-241 north.
Drive about 15minutes.
After passing under Doto Highway, turn the left at the first light and take R-133.
Drive past Tokachi Farm. Keep taking R-133.
You’ll arrive at our B&B in 7minutes from Shirakaba-namiki(白樺並木) of Tokachi Farm!
Cross a new large bridge-Panketin Bridge(パンケチン橋in Japanese)
and another bridge-Isami Bridge(勇橋).
Soon after crossing the second bridge, take the first road on your right side.
It is an uphill slope. Near this slope, there are 1 small sign for our B&B.
Take that uphill slope.
There is a new bekery(toi) on the top of slope.
After driving for 500m, you’ll find our B&B on your right side.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation for no charge up to 8 days before your intended check-in date.
If you must cancel after this deadline, you must pay cancellation fee as follows.

100% of the total price for the accommodation
if the reservation is cancelled on the intended check-in date or no notice.

80% of the total price for the accommodation
if the reservation is cancelled one day befoer the intended check-in date.

50% of the total price for the accommodation
if the reservation is cancelled two days before the intended check-in date.

30% of the total price for the accommodation
if the reservation is cancelled during three to seven days before the intended check-in date.
